Virtual Work Out Vodka Soda

• 1 1/2 oz of Vodka

• squeezed of 1 lime wedge
• favorite flavored seltzer 
• ice

Medium

Jogging Julep

• 1 1/2 oz of Bourbon 

• 1/2 oz of Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar and hot water dissolved and cooled) 

• iced Mint Tea

• ice

Hard

Sprinting Shrub* and Soda: (non-alcoholic or alcoholic)

• 2 oz of Blueberry Shrub (blueberries, mint, sugar, white wine vinegar) 

• soda water 

• your favorite booze (alcoholic version)
