RE: Protect and Defend Housing First 

 

​ACTION NEEDED

Before Friday, January 31, call, email, or write a letter to the Director of the US Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH), Robert Marbut, and/or HUD Secretary Ben Carson asking them to continue the USICH's previous work of promoting and incentivizing the implementation of the Housing First model as a solution to homelessness.Let them know Housing First is a proven and effective model that is cost-efficient and has been championed by the USICH's own research for years.
