VISIT HOW
In the past two years, your support enabled HOW to move to a larger office space on Howard Street and purchase a third property, thus increasing our capacity to serve more women and their children. As we begin our 26th year, we would like to start a new tradition of opening our doors to those who have made our work possible.
Each of the four tours listed below are an integral part of what makes it possible for us to serve our clients effectively, and you will get a chance to peak behind the scenes.
- HOW’s administration offices, opportunity to talk with Executive Director and program staff.
- Greenview building, is a six flat owned by HOW, including a common area used for groups.
- Newly acquired 25-unit building on Jonquil, see the dramatic transformation of both the neighborhood and individual units
- Center for Working Women officially opened this spring located at the corner of Broadway and Devon
