Reflecting this emphasis on career advancement, the Center for Working Women (CWW) was created in partnership with The Eleanor Foundation. CWW takes a holistic, team-oriented approach toward securing living wage jobs with advancement potential. CWW also assists its clients with overcoming barriers to employment by leveraging financial management and credit clean-up services, child care resources and affordable housing location assistance. From job readiness and placement to retention and advancement, CWW assists HOW participants as well as working women in the surrounding community who earn between $10,000 and $30,000.
